Brian has been in financial services since 1975. He graduated from Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario with a Business Administration diploma, and recently earned his Registered Health Underwriters (RHU) designation.

Brian is a member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada, and specializes in providing financial security planning that focuses on solutions that improve and protect lifestyles. He also helps business owners understand current financial options and prepare for generational transfer of their business.

Since 2001, Brian has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table, an international, independent association of less than one percent of the world's life insurance and financial services professionals.

Born and raised in Belleville, Ontario Brian now resides in Ajax with his wife Susan and dog Lilley. They love to spend quality time with their daughter Katie and her fiancé Brendan. Brian’s outside interests include personal training, hockey, and golf.

Kathleen has been with Suchan McQuaid Wealth Management Inc. since our incorporation in 2005 and had worked closely with Richard Suchan and Brian McQuaid for many years prior. She has more than 38 years of financial services administrative experience and spent the majority of her career with London Life and Freedom 55 Financial supporting successful financial security advisors. She provides leadership and many years of experience to our organization. Her primary mission is to ensure a positive experience for our clients while we all work to help protect their financial future. She and her husband reside in Havelock and enjoy spending time with family, traveling and entertaining friends at their lake house.
